图书馆联盟与公共文化服务体系服务共建研究

Research on the Service Building of Library Consortia and Public Cultural Service System

文章在探讨公共图书馆与公共文化服务体系和公共文化服务的关系基础上,分析了图书馆联盟在公共文化服务体系中的价值体现,并基于我国图书馆联盟建设现状与公共文化服务体系建设进展,阐述了图书馆联盟与公共文化服务体系服务共建的内容,即建立统一的管理机构、划分服务共建的对象和构建服务共建模式。

On the basis of exploring the relationships among library, public cultural service system and public cultural service, this paper analyzes the value of library consortia in the public cultural service system. Meanwhile based on the present situation of library consortium in our country and the construction progress of public cultural service system, this paper elaborates the content of the common building between library consortia and public cultural service system, namely, to establish unified management mechanism, to divide the obiect of service building and to construct the mode of service building.
