盲文图书馆(阅览室)建设是关爱弱势群体的体现,也是构建和谐社会的重要举措。针对我国当前盲文图书馆(阅览室)建设中存在的问题,本文就场馆建设的原则、文献资源建设的途径、盲人阅读服务的内涵等方面进行了讨论,阐述了自己的观点,以期对盲文图书馆(阅览室)的建设和运作提供参考。
