摘要
针对沙坪坝区水资源现状,基于水资源安全内涵,从水资源供需环境、生态环境和社会经济环境角度筛选15个代表性指标组成的评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)对重庆市沙坪坝区2000~2011年水资源安全进行模糊综合评价。结果表明,该地区水资源安全评价得分由2000年的0.48上升为2011年的0.62,除2003、2007、2011年处于基本安全状态外,其他年份均处于临界安全状态,水资源安全状况总体趋于改善,但存在风险可能性很大。
Aiming at current situation of water resources in Shapingba District, based on the connotation of water resources security, this paper establishes the evaluation index system with 15 representative indicators selected from the environment of supply and demand of water resources environment, ecological environment and social economic environment. And then the analytic hierarchy process is used to fuzzy comprehensively evaluate the Shapingha district water resources security during the year 2000 to 2011. The results show that the overall water resources security situation in this region tends to be improved, but there are a great possibility of risks; the evaluation score of water resources security increases from 0.48 in 2000 to 0.62 in 2011; in 2003, 2007 and 2011, the water resources situation is basically security while it is critical safety status in other years.
