摘要
为提高水库安全管理水平,将信息化技术与水库安全生产过程相结合,探讨了水库安全生产过程的动态跟踪管理与生产预警体系,并研制了水库安全生产预警管理系统。示范应用表明,用现代化管理手段组织实施,增强了水库安全生产的控制能力和事故预防能力,有效提高了水库安全生产管理水平和效率。
In order to improve the reservoir safety management level, dynamic tracking management and early warning system are discussed by combining information technology with reservoir safety production process. And then the reservoir production safety early warning management system is developed. Demonstration application shows that use of modernized management means for organization implementation can strengthen the control ability of reservoir production safety and accident prevention, improve reservoir safety production management level and efficiency.
