摘要 超高压、大容量、远距离输电已成为现代电力系统的重要标志,信息化、数字化、自动化、互动化是智能电网的发展目标。为解决系统振荡、潮流问题、提高系统稳定性,柔性(灵活)交流输电技术(FACTS)被广泛应用,为增强输电系统提供了新的手段。概述了FACTS的发展和应用现状,分析比较了几代不同控制器及运行性能,并展望了未来电力电子技术的发展。 Extra high voltage, large capacity and long-distance transmission have been symbols of modern power system, and we are working to realize the information, digitization, automation, interactive intelligent electric grid. Now, flexible AC transmission technology (FACTS) is widely used to solve system oscillation and power flow problem, and im- prove system stability as well, which contributes to enhance the transmission system. This paper presents a comprehen- sive review on development and application of FACTS technology, and shows a comparison of FACTS controllers of several generations as well as their operation performance. Finally, the future development of power electronic technology is prospected in the article.
