摘要
针对传统的输电线路微风振动疲劳试验和理论模型存在的不足,通过分析导线张力和气象条件对微风振动疲劳损伤的影响,改进了基于Miner线性累积损伤理论的导线疲劳损伤计算模型,设计了基于ZigBee无线网络的输电线路微风振动监测系统,提出了基于最小二乘法的基线校正方法来消除加速度传感器数据直接积分造成的振动曲线严重漂移现象,再经过两次积分得到不失真的振动曲线。系统运行结果表明,监测数据拟合轨迹与实测轨迹基本一致,可满足输电线路现场实时监测的需要。
Aiming at the shortage of traditional aeolian vibration fatigue test and theoretical model of transmission lines, the fatigue damage calculation model based on Miner linear accumulated damage theorem is improved. And the aeolian vibration monitoring system of transmission lines based on the ZigBee wireless network is designed by analyzing the influences of the conductor tension and meteorological condition on the aeolian vibration fatigue damage. Based on the least-square theory, a new" baseline correction method is proposed to eliminate the serious baseline drift caused by the acceleration sensor recorded data. And then it obtains the distortion less vibration curve of transmission lines with twice integration. The system operating results show that the track fitted with monitoring data are in good agreement with the real recorded trajectory, which can satisfy the needs of on-the-spot real-time monitoring transmission lines.
