摘要 为通过检测SF6分解产物来判断SF6电气设备绝缘故障,针对目前SF6电气设备分解产物检测方法存在难以及时预测和发现SF6电气设备内部的绝缘故障问题,根据SO2监测方法和SF6故障分解物产生的机理,开发了一套在线监测SO2含量装置,在保证气路密封性和传感器正常运行下,设计了独特的气路结构,实现了检测气体循环利用的同时,克服了电化学传感器在绝氧环境中使用的瓶颈,解决了SO2检测电路设计中的老化零漂、交叉干扰和微弱信号检测问题,并提出了报警判断模型,在完成传感器标定后进行了测试试验,验证了该装置的可行性。 Detecting SF6 decomposition is focused on by the condition monitoring technology of SF6 electrical devices. The off-line methods are usually applied to detecting SF6 decomposition, which is failure for discovering insulation faults quickly. Based on the methodology of SO2 detection and the mechanism of SF6 decomposition, an owline monitoring system for SO2 in SF6 electrical devices is developed. And then the sampling method of SF6 in electrical devices is described. At the same time, the sensor working environment and sample gas back into electrical device are considered. Besides, the key problems in hardware design are involved, such as aging sensor, cross interference among SF6 decomposition and weak signal detection. Finally, the fault diagnosis model is proposed and the feasibility of the on-line monitoring system is verified by the tests.
