摘要
基于电动汽车与电网互动(V2G)系统,提出一种电动汽车参与配电网负荷优化调节的分析模型。设计了V2G参与负荷调节的控制系统框架,以配电网负荷曲线波动方差最小为目标,考虑电动汽车用户的充电需求、动力电池的充电约束和传输线的功率约束构建了优化分析模型,并采用遗传算法(GA)分析计算,获得负荷优化后的负荷曲线和电动汽车的充放电时间。实例仿真验证了该优化控制法的有效性。
Based on the vehicle to grid (V2G) system, an optimal analysis model which can be used to adjust the power distribution networks load is investigated in this paper. Firstly, the control system of the load regulation with V2G is designed. Considering the users" charging demand, the charging power constraint of power battery and the power constraint of transmission lines, an optimal analysis model is established by taking the load curve of fluctuation variance of power distribution networks as the objective function. Finally, genetic algorithms is used to calculate best charging and discharging time for electric vehicles, as well as the optimized load curve. Through an example simulation, the effectiveness of the optimal control method is verified.
