齿面微观修形技术在齿轮降噪中的应用 被引量:22

摘要 在纵置变速器中常啮合齿轮副修形质量的高低对变速器的整体噪声水平有很大影响。建立齿轮静传递误差模型,运用RomaxDesigner软件中的齿面微观几何分析技术对某汽车纵置变速器的常啮合齿轮副进行齿面微观优化修形,并对优化修形前后齿面载荷分布均匀性、单位长度载荷最大值和静传递误差等参数进行对比。结果表明,通过优化修形可以使常啮合齿轮副的齿面载荷分布更加均匀,静传递误差幅值减小,从而达到降低齿轮噪声的目的。 The profile modification quality of a pair of constant mesh gears in the longitudinal transmission has a great effect upon overall level of the transmission noise.A model for static transmission errors of gears is set up and the parameters of a pair of constant mesh gears in a vehicle longitudinal transmission are optimized with the tooth micro-geometry analysis technology in RomaxDesigner software.The optimum micro-modification of gear tooth profile is performed and the face load sharing,maximum loads per unit length and static transmission errors before and after optimum profile modification are compared.The results show that through optimum tooth profile modification,the face load sharing is better and the ranges of peak-to-peak static transmission errors reduce.The aim of reducing gear noise is achieved.
