摘要
光束扫描技术作为空间光通信、定向能应用等领域的关键技术,得到了广泛研究。介绍了当前国内外光束扫描技术的最新研究进展,分析了几种主流光束扫描技术的优缺点,尤其是对基于液晶相控阵实现的光束扫描技术进行了深入研究。最后,对光束扫描技术的发展做了展望。
As the crux technology of free-space communication, directed energy and many other application fields, beam scanning technology has been widely studied. This paper introduces the new development of beam scanning, analyzes the merits and faults of these technologies, especially makes an intensive study on liquid crystal optical phased array technology. Finally, the future development of beam scannin~ technologies is Dreviewed.
