钻井液密度对高钢级套管磨损量的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 现有研究较少涉及高密度钻井液作用下高钢级套管的磨损程度分析,缺少高密度钻井液作用下预测和计算高钢级套管磨损所需的磨损效率和摩擦因数。为此,模拟井下工况,在高密度聚磺体系钻井液中进行了非API标准的TP140钢级套管磨损试验,分析了聚磺体系钻井液密度对TP140套管磨损性能的影响。分析结果表明,在聚磺体系水基钻井液中,当正压力和转速一定时,钻井液密度越大,TP140钢级套管的磨损效率、摩擦因数和套管磨损综合评价因子越大;采用套管磨损综合评价因子衡量套管耐磨性能更为合理。 The current research pays less attention to the analysis of abrasion degree of high grade steel casing under the effect of high density drilling fluid. There are no abrasion efficiency and friction factor required by predic- tion and calculation of high grade steel casing abrasion under the effect of high density drilling fluid. Therefore, simulating the downhole operating condition, the non-API standard TP140 grade steel casing abrasion test was con- ducted in high density polysulfide system drilling fluid. The effect of polysulfide system drilling fluid density on cas- ing abrasion property was analyzed. The analysis shows that in polysulfide system water-based drilling fluid, when the positive pressure and rotation speed are given, the higher the drilling fluid density, the larger the abrasion effi- ciency, friction factor and casing abrasion comprehensive assessment factor of TP140 casing. Adoption of casing ab- rasion comprehensive assessment factor to measure casin~ abrasion resistance is more reasonable.
