摘要 针对我国没有适合加拿大-50℃低温环境下作业的斜井钻机的现状,研制了ZJ30DBX斜井钻机。该钻机采用拖挂式结构,主要由拖挂车底盘、钻台、井架、顶部驱动装置、液压系统、动力系统、电控系统及井口工具等组成。钻机的绞车主刹车为电机能耗制动,辅助刹车采用液压盘刹;钻台下方安装了液压防喷器移动装置,满足钻井时调整防喷器角度的要求;钻机能在-50℃的极低温环境下工作,满足3 000 m井深的试验要求。 Due to the fact that there is no slant hole drilling rig in China which is suitable for the low tempera- ture environment of -50 ℃ in Canada, the ZJ30DBX slant hole drilling rig was developed. The rig adopts the trac- tion type structure. It mainly consists of trailer chassis, drill floor, derrick, top drive device, hydraulic system, power system, electric control system and wellhead tool. The main brake of the rig drawworks is in the form of elec- tric motor energy consumption braking. The auxiliary brake adopts hydraulic disc brake. The shifting device of hy- draulic blowout preventer (BOP) is installed under drill floor, satisfying the requirement of regulating the BOP an- gle in drilling. The rig can run in the super low temperature environment of -50 ℃, satisfying the test requirement of 3 000 m well depth.
