深井钻机井架及底座系统的谐响应分析 被引量:9

摘要 为研究转盘偏心旋转对钻机结构的影响,建立了钻机井架及底座的有限元模型,并对钻机进行谐响应分析,计算出钻机底座发生共振的频率、共振幅值和共振幅度最大的方位。计算结果表明,钻机底座在X向位移响应最大,激振频率也最低,共振频率为5.75 Hz,相比其他方向而言,X向比较薄弱,在结构上应适当加强;在X向谐响应分析中,X向是钻机在激励力作用下的主振方向;在Y向谐响应分析中,Y向是在此激励力作用下的主振方向;在Z向谐响应分析中,Y向是在此激励力作用下的主振方向。 To study the effect of eccentric rotation of rotary table on drilling rig structure, the finite element model of drilling rig derrick and substructure was established. The harmonic response analysis of drilling rig was conducted. The frequency, resonance amplitude and maximum direction of resonance amplitude with regard to drill- ing rig substructure resonance were calculated. The calculation shows that the maximum displacement response oc- curs along direction X of the substructure, with the minimum excitation frequency. The resonance frequency is 5.75 Hz. Compared with other directions, the X direction is relatively weak. Therefore, the structure should be strength- ened. In harmonic response analysis of direction X, direction X is the main vibration direction of drilling rig under excitation force effect. In harmonic response analysis of direction Y, direction Y is the main vibration direction un- der the excitation force effect. In harmonic response analysis of direction Z, direction Y is the main vibration direc- tion under the excitation force effect.
