Experiment and Research of Optimizing Turning Parameters Based on Tool Wear

摘要 切削参数的优化技术研究一直是机械制造领域关注的焦点。面向车削加工,研究了基于最佳切削温度下切削参数的确定方法。通过车削加工试验,经数据分析、处理得到切削温度的方程.通过构建的单位切削面积刀具的相对磨损值与切削温度的关系确定最佳切削温度,建立了切削用量的优化模型,也分析了最佳切削温度时刀具的磨损机理。通过研究,为车削参数的优化探索了新途径,同时也为实用化切削数据库的构建提供了依据。 Optimizing cutting parameters has been focused on by the investigators in mechanical manufacturing field.A method to determine the cutting parameters at the optimal temperature is discussed for turning.After some values obtained from the turning experiment were processed and analyzed,an equation of cutting temperature were constructed.With the help of the relationship between the tool wear value per unit area and cutting temperature,an optimal machining temperature was gained and a mathematical optimization model was established,and the mechanism of the tool wear at the best cutting temperature was also analyzed.So a new approach of optimizing turning parameters exolorod.Further a scientific basis will be also provided for constructing a practical cutting database of metals.
