摘要
机械压力机是金属成形加工领域中广泛使用的锻压设备,广泛应用于汽车、航空、电子、家电等工业领域。使用六连杆机构作为机械压力机的工作机构,可以较小的偏心距实现较大的滑块行程。本文针对六连杆机械压力机,推导了其行程、速度和加速度的解析模型,并在此基础上提出了机构参数与增力比的解析关系模型,给出了驱动电机扭矩的计算方法;通过仿真计算验证了所提算法的有效性,并给出了结构参数变化对增力比的影响趋势。本文的相关研究成果将为类似的多连杆传动机械压力机的分析和建模提供简单有效的方法。
Mechanical Presses are important in areas such as auto manufacturing,household appliance manufacturing and aircraft manufacturing,etc.Making six-bar mechanism as the driven mechanism,the larger strike of glide can be obtained with the less eccentric distance of crank.In this paper,the analytical model of strike,velocity and acceleration of eight-bar press is deduced.Then,the relation model between force increasing ratio and structure parameters is proposed based on virtual work theory,and the method how to calculate the torque of driven motor is also given.Finally,the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation method.The research results of the paper will offer a simple and effective method for other multi-bar press.
