摘要 陶瓷全自动液压压砖机是一种大型复杂机电液一体化设备。由于工作变形产生的能量,消耗很大。为实现绿色生产,本文建立了机架和模箱的有限元模型,并采用分块兰索斯法求解,进行动力学特性分析,计算出结构因变形产生的能量耗散,为压砖机的设计和选型提供参考。 ceramics automatic hydraulic press is a large and complex hydraulic integration equipment.there is the large energy consumption because of work deformation.to provide a reference for the design and selection of the brick press,it established a finite element model of the rack and mold box, then use the block lanczos method for solving dynamics analysis, and calculated the energy dissipation for structural deformation.
