先进军事文化是国防科技进步与创新的母体,也是其强有力的助推器。近年来,国防科技大学取得了以"天河一号"等为代表的一批重大国防科技自主创新成果,团队成功的经验之一就是得益于先进军事文化的建设:强军兴国的科技价值观为国防科技创新提供不竭的精神动力;广积博学的科技文化观为国防科技创新提供强大的智力支持;团结协作的科研传统为国防科技创新提供宽松的外部环境。新的历史条件下,要使先进军事文化更有力地推进国防科技创新,必须坚持培育当代革命军人核心价值观、积极吸收借鉴古今中外优秀的军事文化成果、加快先进军事文化与国防科技创新的有机融合。

Advanced military culture is not only the matrix of innovation of defense technology, but also the strong booster. In recent years, National University of Defense Technology has accomplished a significant number of innovation achievements, represented by Tianhe-1 Supercomputers. The success profits from the construction of advanced military technology： Firstly, ＇ Strengthen the Armed Forces and the Nation＇ of the value of science provides an inexhaustible spiritual power for the innovation of defense technology; Secondly, ＇ Wide and Excel in Knowledge＇ of the science cultural perspective supplies the powerful intelligence support; ＇ Solidarity and Cooperation＇ of the science tradition creates a harmony environment for the innovation of defense technology. In future, only through the following ways, can the advanced military culture more powerfully booster the innovation of the defense technology＂ Adhere to foster the core values of the contemporary revolutionary soldier; absorb the outstanding military culture of all ages and in all countries; accelerate the fusion between the advanced military culture and innovation of defense technology.
