摘要
为研究灾害间的内部关联,提出根据灾害发生的时间跨距来计算灾害间的共现率和引发率,然后依据引发率对灾种建立复杂网络模型,通过度、点权、点介数等方法来研究复杂网络中每个节点的重要性,为灾害阻断策略提供依据,并提出有向加权网聚类系数的计算方法,模拟实验结果验证了此算法的有效性。
In order to study the internal relevancy between disasters, this paper proposed to calculate the co-occurrence rate and trigger rate between the disasters by their time span, then established the complex network model of＇disasters by the trigger rate, and researched the importance of every nodes in the network by degree, node strength and node betweenness. Finally, it proposed the clustering coefficient of the directed weights network. Experimental results indicate the effectiveness of the pro- posed algorithm, in order to provide the basis for disasters blocking strategy.
