摘要
目的建立百草妇炎清栓的HPLC指纹图谱,为进一步提高百草妇炎清栓的质量提供依据。方法采用Comatex C18-AA色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.04%三乙胺缓冲液(磷酸调pH6.5),梯度洗脱,流速1mL.min-1,检测波长220 nm,柱温30℃。结果根据10批百草妇炎清栓的指纹图谱,确定了13个共有峰,其相似度均大于0.9。结论所用方法操作简单、特征性强、精密度高、重复性好,可用于百草妇炎清栓的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish on HPLC fingerprint of Baicao Fuyanqing suppository to improve its quality standard.METHODS The samples were determined by Agilent 1100 HPLC with Comatex C18-AA column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and gradient elution using acetonitrile-0.04% triethylamine buffer solution(adding phosphoric acid to adjust the pH value to 6.5) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.RESULTS According to the fingerprints of 10 batch Baicao Fuyanqing suppository,13 common peaks were identified,the similarity was more than 0.9.CONCLUSION This method has easy operation,strong specificity,high precision,and good repeatability.It can be used for the quality control of Baicao Fuyanqing suppository.
