有序多孔氧化铝模板及ZnO沉积膜的制备与表征

摘要 采用二次阳极氧化法制备有序多孔氧化铝模板(AAO),探讨了氧化时间、磷酸溶液浸泡后处理对氧化铝表面形貌的影响。以AAO为模板沉积ZnO薄膜,通过SEM,XRD,EDS,AFM等技术对氧化铝模板及ZnO薄膜进行表征,结果表明,有序多孔层为非晶态氧化铝。研究了以AAO为模板沉积ZnO薄膜作光阳极的染料敏化太阳电池的光电转换性能,得出其转换效率为0.34%。 The ordered porous anodic alumina oxide(AAO) templates were prepared by two-step anodic oxidation,the influence of oxidation time and soaking in phosphoric acid solution on the surface of aluminum oxide was investigated.Then,ZnO film was deposited on the templates of AAO,characterized by means of SEM,XRD,EDS,AFM,results showed that the ordered porous layer was amorphous aluminum oxide.Besides,the property of photoelectric conversion of dye sensitization solar cell,by using ZnO film which was deposited on the templates of AAO as a light anode,was investigated,the efficiency was 0.34%.
