摘要
采用高频脉冲电沉积法制备(Ni-Co)/纳米Al2O3复合镀层,研究了占空比对复合镀层沉积速率、成分、形貌及表面显微硬度的影响。结果表明:随着占空比由0.3提高至0.5,复合镀层的沉积速率增加,晶粒尺寸变大,表面变粗糙,并且Co含量降低,Ni含量增加,纳米Al2O3颗粒含量变化不明显,Co含量的降低导致硬度降低。
(Ni-Co)/nano-Al2O3 composite coatings were prepared by high frequency pulse electrodeposition.The effect of duty cycle on deposition rate,composition,morphology and surface microhardness of the(Ni-Co)/nano-Al2O3 composite coatings were investigated.The results indicate that the deposition rate and the size of composite coatings grains increases,the surface morphology becomes coarse,the content of Co reduces,that of Ni increases,and that of nanometer Al2O3 particles is not obvious with the increasing of the duty cycle from 0.3 to 0.5.The mircohardness decreases due to the abatement of Co.
