摘要
通过熔融共混法制备了添加稳定剂的稳定化尼龙6和不加稳定剂的尼龙6。采用差示扫描量热(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、动态力学性能(DMA)、红外光谱等方法研究了尼龙6在160℃高温环境中热氧老化不同时间后结晶行为及性能的变化。结果表明,随着热氧老化时间延长,尼龙6的结晶温度、结晶度及拉伸强度呈先上升后下降趋势,冲击韧性下降,储存模量提高;稳定剂的存在提高了尼龙6的结晶温度、结晶度及力学性能保持率,但对其玻璃化转变温度影响不大;热氧老化36h以后,尼龙6以γ晶型为主,稳定化尼龙6以α晶型为主。
The stabilized nylon-6 adding stabilizer and nylon-6 without stabilizer were prepared by melt blending.The variation of crystallization behavior and properties of stabilized nylon-6 and nylon-6 with different aging time at 160 ℃ were investigated by DSC,XRD,DMA and FT-IR.The results indicate that during thermal oxidative aging,the crystallization temperature,crystallinity and mechanical properties of nylon-6 increase and then decrease,impact toughness decreases and storage modulus increases.The crystallization temperature,crystallinity and retention of mechanical properties of nylon-6 are improved after the addition of the stabilizer,but the glass transition temperature change a little.The crystalline phase of stabilized nylon-6 and nylon-6 was mainly α phase and γ phase respectively after aging for 36h.
