摘要
以胶乳法制备了溴化天然橡胶(BNR),研究了溴化工艺条件如平平加O用量、溴化时间、溴浓度和溴化方式对BNR产物溴含量和凝胶含量的影响。结果表明,BNR产物溴含量和凝胶含量随平平加O用量的增加而下降;溴化时间为5min时,BNR产物的溴含量和凝胶含量分别达到14.8%和12.7%;当溴浓度为0.05mol/L时,BNR产物凝胶含量为14.8%,而采用分步溴化的凝胶含量则降至9.2%。BNR产物在甲苯中溶解性能随着凝胶含量降低而增大,凝胶含量小于15.7%的BNR的样品大部分都可溶解。
The brominated natural rubbers(BNR) were prepared from latex,and the effects of bromination technology such as dosage of peregal O,bromination time,bromine concentration and bromination method on bromine content and gel content of BNR products were investigated.The results show that bromine content and gel content of BNR products decrease with the increment of dosage of peregal O.When bromination time is 5 min,bromine content and gel content of BNR products reach 14.8% and 12.7%,respectively.Gel content of the BNR product is 14.8% as bromine concentration is only 0.05mol/L,but it decreases to 9.2% when step bromination adopted.The solubility of BNR products in the solvent of toluene increases with the decrement of gel content,and the BNR samples of which gel content is less than 15.7% mostly can be dissolved in toluene.
