摘要
用偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发丙烯酸与丙烯酸芘甲酯进行自由基聚合,得到丙烯酸-丙烯酸芘甲酯两亲性共聚物。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和紫外分光光度计(UV)对聚合物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,聚合反应成功,所得共聚物中丙烯酸与丙烯酸芘甲酯的物质的量比为20∶1。此共聚物在水中可自组装形成胶束,动态光散射(DLS)及扫描电镜测试结果表明,胶束粒径约170 nm。此胶束具有光响应性,可在紫外光的照射下发生瓦解。
polyacrylic acid-polypyrene methyl acrylate copolymer was synthesized via radical polymerization with azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN).1H-NMR,FT-IR and UV spectrum were used to determine the structure of polyacrylic acid-polypyrene methyl acrylate copolymer.Dynamic light scattering(DLS) was used to study diameter of the polyacrylic acid-polypyrene methyl acrylate copolymer.The results show that acrylic acid and pyrene methyl acrylate polymerized with AIBN.The molar proportion of acrylic acid and pyrene methyl acrylate in polyacrylic acid-polypyrene methyl acrylate copolymer is 20∶1.Using ultrasound method,the copolymer micelles were prepared by adding dropwise 1 mg/mL copolymer solution in tetrahydrofuran(THF) into 4 mL deionized water.Under the irradiation of ultraviolet light,the copolymer micelles collapsed.
