摘要
平均分子量和分子量分布是决定聚合产品质量的一个重要指标,而聚合度分布函数直接描述聚合产品的分子量分布情况,因此,研究聚合度分布函数具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。文中以聚合机理为主线,首先推导瞬时数基聚合度分布函数(fn(j))的一般式,依据累积数基聚合度分布函数(Fn(j))与fn(j)的关系则可求出Fn(j)的表达式;依据瞬时重基聚合度分布函数(fw(j))与fn(j)的关系可求出fw(j)的表达式;进而可依据累积重基聚合度分布函数(Fw(j))与fw(j)的关系可求出Fw(j)的表达式。最后,根据反应机理推导出不同聚合反应的聚合度分布函数的具体表达式。
The average molecular weight and molecular weight distribution is the important index that decided the quality of polymerization product.Polymerization degree distribution function directly describes molecular weight distribution of polymerization products,therefore,it is theoretically and practically important to research the degree of polymerization distribution.Based on polymerization mechanism as the main line,first,the general formula of instantaneous polymerization degree distribution function fn(j) based on the quantity was deduced,and then the cumulative polymerization degree distribution function Fn(j) based on the quantity was worked out according to the relationship of Fn(j) and fn(j).The instantaneous polymerization degree distribution function fw(j) based on the weight was solved in accordance with the relationship of fw(j) and fn(j),further,the cumulative polymerization degree distribution function Fw(j) based on the weight was solved on the basis of the relationship of Fw(j) and fw(j).Finally,the polymerization degree distribution function of different polymerization reaction was inferred according to reaction mechanism.
