产业集群资源对企业创业活动影响的实证模型构建

Empirical Model Building of the Influence of Industry Cluster Resources on Entrepreneurial Activities

国内基于产业集群现象有关创业活动的研究还很少见。集群企业的创业研究将创业置于一个具体的环境中,使其更具现实意义,而集群的创业也是集群持久发展的必然选择。结合产业集群资源和创业两个领域,研究劳动要素分工、产业环境、集群企业社会网络通过对创业要素的影响进而对创业活动产生影响的内在机制,并建立实证研究模型,依据研究提出七个命题,为创业研究、产业集群研究提供新思路。

Researches on domestic cluster - based entrepreneurial activities are still very rare. The entrepreneurship research on cluster enterprises is placing entrepreneurial activities in a specific environment in order to make it more realistic. But entrepreneurial activities are also the cluster＇ s the inevitable choice for sustainable development. This paper, based on the two areas of the industry cluster resources and ＂entrepreneurship＂, analyzes the influences of the entrepreneurial elements on entrepreneurial activities, such as the division of labor factors, industrial environment, the cluster enterprise social network of entrepreneurial elements turn entrepreneurial activities, and establishes an empirical research model. According to the research, seven propositions for entrepreneurship research are put forward to provide new ideas to industry cluster study.
