摘要
理论研究了当全反镜为角锥棱镜,输出镜分别为平凹镜、平凸镜时,各种角锥棱镜谐振腔的抗失谐特性,建立了理论分析模型,并与以平-平镜为全反镜的相应腔型进行了对比。同时,利用Fox-Li数值迭代法,模拟计算了上述谐振腔本征振荡模式分布情况和各自的远场衍射分布情况。该理论研究工作为实验研究提供了必要的理论支持和数据参考。
The misalignment- resistant characteristics of the comer- cube resonator consisting of a comer cube used as the totally reflecting mirror and a piano- concave mirror and piano - convex mirror are studied theoretically, respectively, compared with those of the corresponding resonators with a flat - flat mirror used as the totally reflecting mirror. The eigen oscillation modes and the far - field diffraction characteristics of these resonator are also simulated. The research results provide a useful and comprehensive guide for the future practical operation of the laser using the comer - cube resonator.
