摘要
机械工程领域装备表面易产生微裂纹并不断扩展造成装备的破坏失效,激光修复技术是一项发展迅速的表面改性技术,可对材料表面进行快速修复与性能优化,提高材料利用率,延长了工件使用寿命。激光修复前需要对裂纹进行处理,通过分析激光熔凝层几何形貌,确定坡口截面形状,进而进行裂纹去除。裂纹去除装置装置主要包括装置磨削与传动机构设计、基座设计,采用锥齿轮传动,通过砂轮磨削去除材料表面裂纹,达到对裂纹快速、简捷、准确的去除的目的,以满足激光修复的需要。
The erack pretreatment unit should remove the crack before laser repairing. The methods of removing cracks on surface of mechanical parts are mainly detennining the crnss - section shape of groove through analyzing the topography of laser melting layer. The design of equipment of surfaee includes grinding and transmission agency design of the device, the base design, the device uses bevel gear transmission, removes the cracks of surface rapidly, simply and accurately by wheel grinding in order to meet the needs of laser repairing.
