摘要
本文研究了SLS快速原型烧结样件误差产生的原因,分析了成形过程形状与尺寸误差、表面质量缺陷,探讨了提高成形质量的工艺措施。并以某发动机箱体零件为研究对象对象,确定了该箱体零件快速原型各个环节的工艺参数,得到了合格的快速原型件。
The paper studied the reasons of part errors that causes by SIS rapid prototype ,and analyzed the dimension error, form error and surface quality defects in forming process, and discussed the technical measures to improve the forming quality. It took a certain engine box parts as research object and the process parameters were determined, and rapid prototyping parts were qualified.
