摘要 目的研究LKB1蛋白表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)放射敏感性的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测60例放疗前NSCLC组织中LKB1蛋白的表达情况,分析其与放射敏感性的相关性。结果 60例NSCLC组织中LKB1阴性表达率为31.67%,阴性表达者为19例。LKB1表达强度与NSCLC放射敏感性呈正相关。结论 LKB1表达与NSCLC放射敏感性有关,LKB1是影响NSCLC放射敏感性的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of LKB1 protein and radiosensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of LKB1 protein of the tissue samples from 60 patients with NSCLC before undergoing radiotherapy to analyze the relationship between expression of LKB1 protein and radiosensitivity of nonsmall cell lung cancer.Results The negative rate of the LKB1 protein expression was 31.67%,and the number of negative expression cases was 19.The expression of LKB1 protein had a significant positive correlation with the radiosensitivity of NSCLC.Conclusion The expression of LKB1 protein had a positive correlation with the radiosensitivity of NSCLC.LKB1 was an important biomarker for the radiosensitivity.
