摘要
以4657S、Y58S和广占63-4S 3个光温敏不育系与29个恢复系配组,分析了小粒型4657S主要农艺性状的配合力及4657S所配组合粒形性状间的相关性。结果表明,与Y58S和广占63-4S比较,4657S有效穗和每穗总粒数的一般配合力较大,株高、结实率和千粒重的一般配合力较小,产量和播始历期的一般配合力差异不显著;4657S所配组合的粒长、粒宽与千粒重呈极显著正相关,粒长、粒宽、长宽比和千粒重与父本对应性状均呈极显著正相关。
Using three PTGMS lines (4657S, Y58S and Guangzhan 63-4S) and 29 restorer lines to make 87 F1 hy- brids by the NC II model, the combining ability of 4657S, a small-grain PTGMS line in flee, was analyzed in major agronomic characters, and the correlation analysis was also conducted on the grain traits of the F1 hybrids of 4657S. The results showed that, compared with Y58S and Guangzhan 63-4S, 4657S had a greater general combining ability (gca) effect in effective panicles per plant and spikelets per panicle, a smaller gca effect in plant height, seed-set- ting rate and 1 000-grain weight, and a similar gea effect in grain yield per plant and duration from seeding to head- ing. There existed a very significant ( at the 1% level) positive correlation of grain length and grain width to 1 000- grain weight, and also a very significant positive correlation between the F1 hybrids of 4567S and their male parents in grain length, grain width, L/W ratio and 1 000-grain weight.
