Combat Efficiency Evaluation for Command and Control System of the Point Air Defense Using Grey Clustering

建立要地防空指挥控制系统作战效能评估指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各层次指标权重,提出了一种基于灰色定聚类和中心点三角白化权函数的要地防空指挥控制系统作战效能灰色聚类评估方法,并通过算例对该方法的有效性进行了检验。结果表明该方法是切实可行的。

The combat efficiency evaluation index system for command and control system of the navy point air defense is founded. Index weights at all levels are determined by using AHP, and a kind of combat efficiency grey cluster evaluation method for command and control system of the navy point air de-fense based on grey fixed weight clustering and central point triangle whitenization weight function is pro-posed, and the method is effectively tested by an example. The result shows that the method is practical.
