摘要
对密实床离子交换工艺中常用交换区高度、穿饱比(穿透体积与饱和体积之比)确定吸附特性及树脂床层高度,以及固定床离子交换设备的放大原则提出了几点看法;通过观察和分析密实移动床中吸附剂颗粒的状态,认为低流速下的"微流化-密实移动床"的提法不够确切,值得商榷。
In packed bed ion exchange process, height of ion exchange area and ratio of breakthrough volume to saturation volume were used frequently to determined adsorption characteristics and resin bed height. Some opinions about the height and ratio, and enlargement principle of ion exchange device were pointed out. By analyzing the state of adsorbent in packed bed, it thought that the definition of microfluidisation--packed moving bed was not rigorous,and it was worth to further disscuse.
