摘要
以某大型液体火箭发动机为研究对象,提出应用小波消噪技术和独立分量分析获取高品质源信号,并利用源信号进行故障诊断的思路,对该型发动机热试车压强信号进行实例分析。研究结果表明,该方法能够快速有效地诊断该型发动机典型故障。
Complete and high quality diagnostic information is necessary for identifying the faults correctly.In the fault diagnosis of a type of liquid propellant rocket engine,the method that applying Independent Component Analysis(ICA) and Wavelet De-noising to obtain high quality source signal for fault diagnosis is proposed,as the source signals contain more diagnostic information than the mixed signals from measurements.The examples of pressure signal in hot firing test are analyzed.The result reveals that this method is quite effective.
