摘要
对于冗余可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logical Controller,PLC)测控系统的数据传输原理及数据的传输延迟时间进行分析。通过对网络传输EGD参数进行优化,系统所获得的输出传输延迟时间大大降低,可满足目前动力测控系统的要求。此外,还提出并分析了降低网络传输数据延迟的改进方案,为后续PLC系统方案设计提供了技术基础。
The delay time of data transmission in the engine measurement and control system based on redundant Programmable Logical Controller(PLC) is analyzed.Through the optimization of the EGD parameter in experiments,the delay time of data transmission in the network is reduced significantly,which can meet the requirement of the measurement and control system.Furthermore,the improving scheme for real-time performance of data transmission is also discussed.
