Book elimination is a key work in the collection development for library and information institutions. This paper applies grey clustering decision into book elimination and then discusses the quantitative evaluation of this method which can integrate various factors to analyze and classify the eliminated books into new categories, which help to eliminate the target books more accurately and faster by quantifying the order.
