摘要
关系强度、关系学习被视为影响CDRS咨询团队知识转移创新绩效的重要因素。为此,在相关文献分析的基础上,构建了关系强度、关系学习与CDRS咨询团队知识转移创新绩效的关系模型。该关系模型显示出关系强度——知识转移绩效;关系强度——关系学习——知识转移绩效两个基本路径,彼此互为依存,相互影响,共同作用于CDRS咨询团队知识转移创新绩效,有利于CDRS咨询团队内外部知识的高效转移,也为CDRS组织持续的服务创新体系规划提供必要的依据。
The relationship strength and relationship learning are regarded as the important factors to influence the knowledge transfer innovation performance of CDRS consulting team. Based on the analysis of the relevant literature, a relational model reflecting the relationship of the relationship strength, relationship learning and the knowledge transfer innovation performance of CDRS consulting team is built. The model shows us the two basic paths of the three, that is, the relations between relationship strength and the knowledge transfer innovation performance, the relations among relationship strength, relationship learning and the knowledge transfer innovation performance, which depend on each other, interact closely, promote jointly the knowledge transfer innovation performance of CDRS consulting team, and provide necessary basis for the plan of sustainable innovation for services.
