The Integration of New Information Technologies Based on Information Ecological Chain——A Case Study of Refeirence Services of University Libraries

新信息技术的发展正在改变图书馆服务的形态和流程,成为当代图书馆发展的主要推动因素。文章以信息生态为研究背景,针对信息生态链中各环节,如信息生产环节、信息存储环节、信息组织环节、信息利用环节,研究各环节中各种新技术的整合研究,从而达到各技术优势互补的效果,并以高校图书馆的参考咨询服务为例具体说明。

New developments in information technology are changing the methods and processes of library services, and becoming the main driving factors of development of contemporary library. Based on the information ecosystem, this article studies the integration of various new technologies used in each link of the information ecological chain, such as the information production, information storage, information organization, information use, so that the technical advantages can complement each other. And at last, it takes the reference service in university libraries as an example to illustrate it in detail.
