摘要
针对儿童单轮拖挂自行车缺乏相应的标准规范导致出现多次的召回事件的问题,引入有限元建模分析对儿童单轮拖挂自行车重点部件(如车架、紧固接头)进行受力模拟分析,并对三种运动状态时产生的应力进行分析对比,找出了单轮拖挂自行车最容易产生应力集中的关键部位为紧固接头,为制定相应的安全性能要求或标准提供了重点测试项目的理论依据.
Aiming at the problem that the trailer cycles lacks the corresponding inspection standards leading to recall issues, this study performs stress simulation analysis on key components (such as frames, joints) of trailer cycles based on finite element analysis. The stress under three kinds of motion states is compared. Thus we find that the key part of the trailer cycle under centralized stress is the joint. The analysis result can pro- vide theoretical basis for key test projects of corresponding safety requirements or standards.
