摘要
民办高职院校教师的生存状况关乎整个民办高等教育的可持续发展。文章从工作条件、工资收入与福利待遇、居住状况、权益维护状况、专业发展状况及教科研状况等方面对民办高职院校教师的生存状况进行深入调研,并从制度、学校和教师等层面分析影响民办高职院校教师生存状况的因素。同时,就如何改善其生存状况提出建议,以期为相关部门改善民办高职院校教师生存状况提供参考。
Life statuses for teachers in non-governmental vocational colleges relates to the sustainable development of non-govern- mental higher education as a whole. This paper conducts an in-depth survey on their life statuses from the aspects of working con- dition, income and welfare, living condition, rights safeguard, professional development, and teaching and research condition. The factors affecting their life statuses are analyzed from the institutional level, college level, and teachers' individual level. It al- so puts forward proposals for improving their life statuses and for providing references to the relevant departments to improve teachers' life statuses in non-government vocational colleges.
