摘要
当前,80后辅导员已逐渐成长为高校思想政治教育工作队伍的主力军,与此同时,90后青年也已成为大学生群体的主体,这就使高校思想政治教育面临施教者为80后、受教者为90后的"双0"境遇,并成为高校学生管理工作中的焦点。文章通过分析90后大学生的思想特质及其形成背景,指出高校思政工作的开展应从80后辅导员的自我改进、国家和学校的外部支持两方面入手,以提高其教育工作的实效性。
In the present university ideological and political education, the post-80s counselors have become the main force and at the same time, the post-90s are the main part of university students. It makes the ideological and political education and manage- ment to face the situation of "double 0" that the post-90s are taught by the post-80s, and this has become the focus of the man- agement of university students. This paper analyzes the Ideological characteristics of the post-90s students and their background to explore how the post-80s counselors can improve the effectiveness of their educational work.
