摘要
本文介绍了社交网络价值创造的一个服务集成模型。本文不仅研究了不同的网络社区,还研究了这些社区可能将彼此的服务集成起来的具体方式。三种集成战略对于提升这些社区的价值很重要:纵向集成、横向集成以及混合集成。本研究所发现的价值创造机制表明,在设计和实施能够创造商业价值的服务时需要付出特别努力,网站价值与一次网络交易的平均收益(E)、两个用户之间交易的可能性(T)以及用户人数(N)相关。这三种类型的服务集成以不同的方式帮助提升这三个因素。网络社区的商业价值来源于两个简单的源头:增加用户人数和交易可能性(N值和T值),以及在另一方面,创造和发展有助于交易的盈利性服务(E值)。服务集成通过建造一个更大的用户基础来帮助网络社区增加它们的商业价值。
This paper presents a model of service integration of value creation for social networks on web. The study examines both the different kinds of online communities and the specific ways in which these communities might integrate their services with each other. Three integration strategies are important to enhancing the value of these communities: vertical integration, horizontal integration, and hybrid integration. The mechanisms of value creation identified by this research suggest that special efforts are needed to design and implement services that can create business value. The average income of site value and a network transaction (E), between the two user transactions probability (T), and the number of users (N) correlation. These three types of service integration in a different way to help improve the three factors. Source of business value network community in two simple source: increasing the number of consumers and the possibility of transaction (N value and T value) and, on the other hand, creation and development contributes to trade profit-making services (E value). Service integration by building a larger user base to help network community to increase their commercial value.
