制造商应对再制造商进入的技术创新策略 被引量:14

Technological Innovation Strategy for Manufacturer to Restrain the Remanufacturer from Entering the Market

摘要 研究了制造商应对再制造商进入的技术创新策略。首先分析不存在技术创新时再制造商的进入门槛及双方的最优策略;接着研究制造商采取技术创新策略来应对再制造商的竞争,分析了技术创新对双方的影响。研究发现:制造商应该通过技术创新来限制再制造商的竞争。技术创新策略能够提高再制造商的进入门槛,降低再制造产品的市场需求及再制造商的利润,同时提高新产品的市场需求。特别在再制造商不能进入市场的条件下,技术创新可以同时提高制造商的需求及利润水平。当不进行技术创新时,再制造商在消费者对再制造产品估值不是太低时便可进入市场,而制造商进行技术创新时,再制造商只有在再制造成本较低同时消费者对再制造产品估值较高时才能进入市场。 The technological innovation strategy of the manufacturer which is used to restrain the remanufacturer is studied. Firstly, the optimal pricing strategy and technological innovation strategy of the monopoly manufacturer are derived. Secondly, under the setting of manufacturer competing with the remanufacturer, the manufacturer's optimal pricing strategy and innovation strategy are found, and so are the remanufacturer's entrance condition and optimal pricing strategy. At last, the results under the innovation background are compared with those without innovation. The monopoly manufacturer's optimal choice is to take technological innovation strategy. When facing the remanufactarer, the manufacturer should take technological innovation strategy to lower the remanufaeturer's market demand and profit level, and increase manufacturer's own demand. The remanufacturer could enter the market only under the condition that the consumer has a high value toward the remanufacture product and remanufacturer has a low remanufacture cost.
