Soldiers of the People＇s Liberation Army Shenyang Military Command Area drive supporting pillars into the Songhuajiang River dam to withstand a major flood in Daqinp= northeast China＇s Heilongjiang Province, on August 19. Nearly 20,000 soldiers were mobilized in response to the incident.
