Argument over New Regulations in Guangdong Province

2013年5月17日．广东省药品交易管理办公室发布《广东省药品交易规则（试行）（征求意见稿）》（下称《药交规则》）等5个文件并公开征求意见。在借鉴重庆药品交易所的第三方采购平台机制和安徽模式的“双信封制”的基础上，广东省意欲对延续多年的传统招标制度推倒重来。

Based on the reference and experience of Chongqing Medicine Exchange System and 'two envelop bidding' model in Anhui Province,Guangdong Province wishes to over throw the traditional bidding and purchasement system and build a completely new system.However,the release of the regulation draft raised severe argument in pharmaceutical industry,and caused reduction of share price for many pharmaceutical companies in stock market.
