划点评价法在农村住院病人健康教育中的研究

摘要 目的通过教育前后对患者知、信、行的划点评价 ,使健康教育效果的评价标准更具体 ,更科学 ,对工作更具指导意义。方法采用知、行 3点评价 ,信 5点评价标准评价 5 5 4名住院病人教育前后对特定教育内容的掌握程度。结果知 :显效率为 92 44 % ,有效率为 97 0 3 % ;信 :显效率为 91 0 8% ,有效率为 96 6 4% ;行 :显效率为90 73% ;有效率为 95 5 5 %。结论教育前后划点评价法能使临床护士对实施的健康教育计划的每一项内容及每一步骤所取得的效率都有十分清楚的了解 ,因而能显著提高健康教育效果。 Objective Through the compared evaluation of patient's knowledge, attitude and behavior before and after health education to make the health education evaluation standard more practicable, more scientific and more instructional. Methods Adopted knowledge and behavior three point evaluation, attitude 5 point evaluation standard to evaluate the level of understanding on special education among 554 in patients before and after health education. Results For knowledge, the rate of showing effect was 92.4%, the rate for effect was 97.03%, for attitude, the rate of showing effect was 91.08%,the rate for effect was 96.64% , for behavior, the rate of showing effect was 90.73%, the rate for effect was 95.55%. Conclusion The point classified evaluation method before and after education make the clinical nurse understand the schedule and effectiveness for health education, so it can improve remarkably the effect of health education.
