摘要
载脂蛋白 C (Apo C )是脂蛋白脂酶 (L PL)的辅助因子 ,在脂类代谢中具有重要的生物学功能。Apo C 过度表达或缺失均可导致高脂血症。本文就 Apo C 的分子结构、生物学功能。
