慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠中药灌肠治疗的作用机制 被引量:1

摘要 目的揭示中药灌肠治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法将9周龄60只Wistar大鼠分成三组,每组20只,分别给予中药保留灌肠治疗(Ⅰ组)、生理盐水保留灌肠(Ⅱ组)及不给予灌肠治疗(Ⅲ组),采用免疫组化检测治疗后慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺组织匀浆白介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达变化。结果与Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较,Ⅰ组前列腺组织的病理形态学改善明显;IL-1β、TNF-α及ICAM-1明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠治疗后,可以降低慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺组织IL-1β、TNF-α及ICAM-1水平,促进慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的前列腺组织的炎症吸收,从而促使其康复。 Objective To reveal the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine enema in treating mice with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(CNP).Methods 60 Wistar mice with 9-week old were dividing into three groups with 20 cases in each group: traditional Chinese medicine enema(Ⅰgroup),sodium chloride injection(Ⅱ group) and no treatment(Ⅲgroup).After immunohistochemical treatment,interleukin IL-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) of prostate tissues were detected on changes.Results Compared with the Ⅱgroup and Ⅲ group,the I group had improved obviously in the aspect of pathological morphological;IL-1β、TNF-α and ICAM-1 decreased more obviously compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,and the difference had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion After treatment of traditional Chinese medicine enema,the levels of IL-1β、TNF-αand ICAM-1 in prostate tissues of mouse are all decreased and inflammation absorption is increased,and recovery of CNP is promoted.
