静脉推注碳酸氢钠并鼓室灌注地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋112例效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察静脉推注碳酸氢钠并鼓室灌注地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋的效果。方法回顾性分析112例突发性耳聋患者的临床资料。112例突发性耳聋患者均给予碳酸氢钠60 mL静脉推注,每天1次,连用3 d停药,同时,对照组48例给予扩张血管、改善微循环、神经营养药物,观察组64例在治疗基础上,给予患耳鼓室内灌注地塞米松2 mg治疗,使圆窗浸润在药物中40 min,隔天1次、连用4 d,1个疗程后复查听力。结果对照组48例中有效22例(45.8%),观察组64例中有效50例(78.1%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在碳酸氢钠静脉推注、扩血管营养神经治疗基础上,鼓室灌注地塞米松通过圆窗给药治疗突发性耳聋临床效果显著。 Objective To observe the effect of intravenous sodium bicarbonate and intratympanic dexamethasone perfusion needle in treating sudden deafness.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data of 112 patients with sudden deafness.All patients were given sodium bicarbonate intravenous injection needle 60 mL,once daily for three days,meanwhile the dilated blood vessels for improving microcirculation and neurotrophic substance were given to 48 cases as the control group,and the other 64 patients as observation group were added with intratympanic-injection dexamethasone on the basis of the former treatment,and the round window infiltrated in medicine for 40 minutes,once every other day for four days then the hearing was reviewed after a course of treatment.Results In control group,22 cases in 44 patients was effective with the total effective rate of 45.8%;in observation group,50 cases in 64 patients was effective with the effective rate of 78.1%.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion On the basis of intravenous injection of sodium bicarbonate and dilated vascular nerve nutrition treatment,it has significant clinical effect of intratympanic-injection dexamethasone through roundel to treat sudden deafness.
