小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术疗效观察

Clinical observation on effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation

目的探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法将白内障患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予传统白内障囊外摘除加人工晶状体植入术,观察组给予小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,评估两组临床治疗效果及安全性。结果两组患者术后不同时间点视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者手术相关并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入术临床效果好,并发症少,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.Methods A total of 90 patients of cataract were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation,and the observation group received the small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation.The clinical efficacy and safety in the two groups were evaluated.Results The sight in the observation group at different time after operation was same to that in control group without statistically significant defference（P0.05）.The related complication probability in the observation group was obviously lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation is obvious in clinic,so it is worth being promoted.
